Farm Wedding Venue with Accommodation, Gold Coast Hinterland
Marry where your guests can stay on site. The house sits a short walk from the ceremony lawn, so the day does not end with a drive home.

Why it matters
Wedding Accommodation for Your Guests
A wedding venue with accommodation changes the shape of the day. Nobody is watching the clock for a taxi, nobody is nominating a driver, and the people closest to you are still there at breakfast. Wedding venues with accommodation on site are rare in Queensland, and rarer on the Gold Coast: here the house is part of the estate, not a hotel across town.

Where Your Guests Wake Up
The whole weekend
The Night Before and the Morning After
Arrive the night before and wake up where you are getting married. The house doubles as bridal party accommodation on the morning: dress there with your people around you, walk down to the ceremony, and come back to the same beds when the music stops. The morning after, the coffee is a few steps away and the grounds are yours a little longer.

Wedding Accommodation Questions
Is Rivermill a wedding venue with accommodation?
Yes. The estate has on-site accommodation: six bedrooms sleeping eleven, a short walk from the ceremony lawn and the reception. Few wedding venues in Queensland let your guests stay on site, and that walk home is what couples book us for.
Is there bridal party accommodation?
That is how most couples use the house: the two of you, the wedding party and immediate family stay over, and everyone dresses in the house on the morning rather than in hotel rooms across town.
Should wedding guests pay for their own accommodation?
In Australia, guests normally cover their own stay. Couples usually book the house for the wedding party as part of the day, while the wider guest list arranges rooms of their own.
Where do guests stay if the house is full?
The house sleeps eleven, and guests beyond that find hotels and holiday rentals an easy drive away on the Gold Coast, with free parking at the venue on the day.
Can we see the accommodation before we book?
Yes. Ask for the house to be included when you book a venue tour, and walk the bedrooms, the pool and the path to the ceremony lawn in one visit.
