Short Horse Ride
$20 · walk-in only
A quick, fun 8-minute ride for kids and first-time riders, and the easiest way to try a Paso horse.
- 8-minute guided ride with photo moments
- Saturdays & Sundays, plus daily during school holidays, 9am to 1pm, whenever horses aren't needed for other rides
- No booking needed, just pay at the old train carriage by the riding area when you arrive
Good to know
Before You Ride
Who Can Ride
Our rides are for ages 6 and up. Children from age 3 are welcome too, riding with a parent or guardian close by to supervise and give consent. Safety guidance applies at booking. Younger children can still hand-feed the alpacas and goats at the petting zoo.
What to Wear
Closed shoes and long pants are best. Helmets are provided and fitted by our team before every ride.
Bookings
Rides and lessons are booked online. Short horse rides are walk-in only on Saturdays and Sundays, plus daily during school holidays; pay at the old train carriage on the day.
