Historic Rivermill is operated by Colourful.land Pty Ltd (ABN 67 647 427 861) of 950 Beaudesert Nerang Rd, Mount Nathan QLD 4211, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, bookings and communications, how we use it — including for our email newsletter — and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and send marketing email in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
What we collect

Enquiries — your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form, call us, or email us.

Newsletter — your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Bookings — your name and contact details when you book one of our experiences, a cafe table, a wedding, or an event ticket, including any marketing opt-in box you tick when booking.

Event and promotion registrations — your name, email, phone or postcode when you register for free entry, an event, a competition or a prize draw, and activity waivers where they include a marketing opt-in.
How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you’ve booked, including contacting you about your booking.

To send you our newsletter and occasional offers by email — only if you have opted in, for example by subscribing to the newsletter or ticking a marketing consent box. Our marketing emails use standard open- and click-tracking so we can tell what’s of interest.
