Thank you for choosing Historic Rivermill for your upcoming group event! We’re thrilled to be hosting you and your guests. We assure to make this event of yours a memorable one. Below, you’ll find all the necessary details for your booking:
Menu Pricing:
For group for 21+ people:-
- Kids Menu: $20 per person
- Adults Menu: $30 per person
For Group between 10-20 people:
- Kids Menu: $25 per child
- Adults Menu: $35 per person
Menu Options:
You can either choose a specific meal for each guest in advance or opt for a mixed platter that includes a variety of all the items listed below.
Menu includes 1 meal + one soft drink (tea, juice and soda)
- Cheeseburger slider & chips
- Fish & chips
- Chicken nuggets & chips
- Scones with jam/lemon curd
- Pancakes with jam/maple syrup
Face Painting:
- Face painting for kids’ parties is available at $100 per hour.
Horse Riding and Grooming:
- $200 for 20 or less people
- @275.00 for 21 to 30 people
- $350 for more than 30 people
- Horse riding is permitted under 8 years under strict guardian supervision.
Payment Conditions:
- A 50% deposit of the total amount (hire fee + staff fee + food fee) is required upfront to confirm the booking.
- For groups of 15-35 guests, there’s a nominal fee of $80 for one staff member. For over 35 guests, we provide 2 staff members for $80 each for 2 hours of service
Venue Hire:
- The Barn: For groups of 15 or more, the Barn can be secured for a fee of $300 for 2 hours, which includes tables, chairs, and fans.
- Groups of less than 15 people will be accommodated in the restaurant with individual bookings. There is no venue hire cost associated here.
Booking Policies:
- Group bookings must be made at least one week in advance.
- Menu selections from our kids and/or adults party menu must be finalized in 1 week advance with no changes permitted thereafter.
- Outside alcohol and food are not allowed except for birthday cakes. Feel free to bring your own decorations and birthday / anniversary cake (as applicable)
- Alpaca and turtle food are charged separately.
- We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
- In case of cancellation before 7 calendar days, a refund of 20% of the initial booking amount will be refunded.
- No refund will be applied if the cancellation is on or after 7 days of the event.
